History
Fixtoe Academy was established in July 2020 after receiving feedback from the academic initiative #letsgettheworldbackonitsfeet (#pongamosalmundodepie) from our fellow podiatrists. This initiative, carried out by the founders Fran Monzó and David Lucas, sent a message of encouragement to the podiatry community during the Covid-19 pandemic, through training interviews with more than 20 internationally leading professionals.
Thanks to this feedback, Fran and David decided to go a step further and develop the most clinical-based online podiatry academy so far. Its main goal is to teach the international experts’ know-how in the most common areas of the practice to shorten students’ learning curve, so they can succeed in treating their patients.

Professor Fran Monzó
Podiatrist and Academic Director15 years of experience as a podiatrist and Professor of Podiatry at Miguel Hernández University of Elche (Alicante). He is also a professor in many master's degrees throughout Spain. Academic Director and Showrunner of Fixtoe Academy.
